Human SFRP1/Secreted frizzled-related protein 1 ELISA Kit

Validation data demonstrate linearity across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Serum samples (n = 5) show linearity of 91-104%, 82-90%, and 84-99% respectively. EDTA plasma (n = 5) shows 86-105%, 88-101%, and 87-94%. Heparin plasma (n = 5) shows 93-104%, 92-101%, and 80-93%. Average recovery is 94% for serum (range 87-103%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 88-105%), and 92% for heparin plasma (range 88-98%). The assay procedure uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
