The Assay Genie Human SF3A2 ELISA Kit is built around Splicing Factor 3a Subunit 2, a core component of the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein that drives pre-mRNA splicing inside the spliceosome. SF3A2 expression has been investigated in solid tumour studies and in screens for splicing-related biomarkers, making this assay useful for translational workflows in molecular oncology and RNA biology. The reagents arrive packed in single-use vials and supplied with a pre-coated plate, calibrated standards, wash buffer, and a biotinylated detection antibody; conjugate working solution is ready to dilute.
