Human SETD1B ELISA Kit (HUFI06599)

Built around the human SET domain-containing 1B (SETD1B) histone methyltransferase, this colorimetric sandwich immunoassay from Assay Genie supports quantitative work in chromatin and gene-expression research. SETD1B deposits H3K4 methyl marks as part of the COMPASS-like complex, and the kit is applied in studies of SETD1B-related neurodevelopmental disorder (characterised by seizures, intellectual disability, and language delay) and in leukaemia, endometrial, and colorectal tumour contexts where H3K4 methylation is dysregulated. The assay is configured in a 96 Assays microplate format and validated for human serum and plasma samples. Reactivity is specific to human SETD1B, with no meaningful cross-reactivity observed against other species analogues.
