Human SESN3/Sestrin-3 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. Linearity has been validated in serum (97–100% at 1:2, 83–93% at 1:4, 82–95% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (90–105%, 92–101%, 83–97%), and heparin plasma (85–103%, 85–98%, 82–100%). Recovery averages are 94% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
