Detection is colorimetric using a sandwich, double antibody format, with a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a quantitative range of 0.625–40 ng/mL.

SESN1, also known as Sestrin-1, is a key protein that regulates cellular metabolism and stress response.
