Human Serum response factor (SRF) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of human Serum Response Factor (SRF), a transcription factor that binds to the serum response element (SRE) located upstream of genes such as FOS and required for cardiac differentiation and maturation. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human SRF and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit demonstrates a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 13 pg/mL. Precision is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 4.7% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Recovery in serum averages 87% (range 81-93%) and in plasma averages 89% (range 83-95%). Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
