Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Serum Amyloid A-4 (SAA4) protein in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a colorimetric detection method.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity for serum (n=5) is 87-102% at 1:2, 82-100% at 1:4, and 81-90% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 92-104%, 82-89%, 88-99%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 89-102%, 83-101%, 83-100%. Recovery ranges are 85-105% (average 93%) for serum, 86-103% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-105% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.
