Human SERPINB2/Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 2 ELISA Kit

The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563-100 ng/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The protocol involves six steps: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Validated linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
