Human SERPINB1/Leukocyte elastase inhibitor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich double-antibody ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of SERPINB1 (Leukocyte Elastase Inhibitor) in human samples. The colorimetric assay is read at 450 nm and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Recovery studies show average values of 95% in serum (range 90–105%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 87–103%), and 96% in heparin plasma (range 91–100%). Dilutional linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 falls within 83–104% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. The kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
