Human SERPINA2 ELISA Kit

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported dilution linearity for serum is 85-104% (1:2), 87-98% (1:4) and 81-95% (1:8); for EDTA plasma 86-105%, 83-96% and 86-95%; and for heparin plasma 90-103%, 84-96% and 81-99%. Mean recovery is 95% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma.

The workflow includes equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
