The assay delivers a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL with a quantitative range of 125-8000 pg/mL, with absorbance measured at 450 nm following TMB-based color development. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma falls within 80-101% across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:8, and recovery ranges from 87-103% with averages between 94% and 99%.
