Human Serpin G1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1081)

Serpin G1, also known as C1 esterase inhibitor or C1-INH, is a key regulator of complement and contact-system activation. This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of Serpin G1 in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, supporting research into hereditary angioedema, complement-mediated inflammation, and contact-pathway biology. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity reported for analogous serpins from other species, which suits experimental designs restricted to human samples. Reagents are supplied in a microplate format and should be refrigerated upon receipt to preserve activity through the stated shelf life; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard and sample aliquots. Each run requires 100 µL of sample per well, interpolated against a standard curve generated from the included recombinant Serpin G1 reference.
