Human Serpin F1/PEDF ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the precise detection of Serpin F1 (PEDF) levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. SERPIN F1 (PEDF) is a serine protease inhibitor with anti-angiogenic properties that plays a role in regulating angiogenesis and inflammation, and is implicated as a biomarker in cancer, diabetes, and retinal disorders.

Validation data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n = 5) showed average recovery rates of 90%, 99% and 95% respectively, with linearity between 80% and 105% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 sample dilutions. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
