Human Serologically defined colon cancer antigen 3 (SDCCAG3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Serologically defined colon cancer antigen 3 (SDCCAG3). The kit is intended for use with human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39ng/mL, with an Intra CV of 4.9% and an Inter CV of 8.3%. Specificity is given for natural and recombinant human Endosome-associated-trafficking regulator 1. Linearity was evaluated in serum (81-93% to 97-109% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (97-107% to 91-101%) and heparin plasma (88-97% to 112-120%). Recovery in serum averaged 98% (range 92-104%) and in plasma averaged 100% (range 94-106%).

SDCCAG3 is described as an endosome-associated protein implicated in membrane receptor sorting, cytokinesis and ciliogenesis (UniProt Q96C92), with research relevance to colon cancer and related conditions.
