Human Serine/threonine-protein kinase RIO3 (RIOK3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Serine/threonine-protein kinase RIO3 (RIOK3) in human samples. The kit uses colorimetric detection and is suited to serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. It recognises both natural and recombinant human RIOK3 and is intended for research use only.

The assay has a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.396 ng/mL. RIOK3 (synonyms: RIO kinase 3, sudD homolog, SUDD; UniProt O14730) is an atypical serine/threonine protein kinase that localises to the cytoplasm and has been linked to cell cycle regulation, protein synthesis, and the type I interferon-dependent innate immune response against DNA and RNA viruses.

Dysregulation of RIOK3 has been associated with cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making this kit a useful tool for investigations into disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions.
