Human Serine/threonine-protein kinase pim-3 (PIM3) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Serine/threonine-protein kinase pim-3 (PIM3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric detection method.

The assay detects natural and recombinant human PIM3 with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.082ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.3% and inter-assay CV is 8.4%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) for serum (89-115%), EDTA plasma (84-119%) and heparin plasma (84-110%) samples. Recovery ranges from 89-101% for serum (average 95%) and 91-103% for plasma (average 97%).

PIM3 is a proto-oncogene with serine/threonine kinase activity located in the cytoplasm. It plays a role in cell survival, proliferation and protein translation, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer and inflammatory disorders. The kit is for research use only.
