Human Serine/threonine-protein kinase mTOR (MTOR) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human serine/threonine-protein kinase mTOR (MTOR) in human biological samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human MTOR (UniProt P42345), which is also known by synonyms including FRAP, FRAP1, FRAP2, RAFT1, RAPT1, Mammalian target of Rapamycin, and Mechanistic target of rapamycin.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, sensitivity of 39pg/mL, intra-assay CV of 6.1%, and inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity was assessed across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with serum ranging from 93-105% at 1:2 to 86-95% at 1:16, EDTA plasma from 108-117% at 1:2 to 105-114% at 1:16, and heparin plasma from 101-111% at 1:2 to 91-101% at 1:16. Recovery averaged 96% for serum (range 90-102) and 98% for plasma (range 92-104).
