Human Serine protease HTRA1 (HTRA1) ELISA Kit

The kit detects natural and recombinant human serine protease HTRA1, a serine protease involved in regulation of cell signalling, protein degradation and tissue remodelling, with dysregulation implicated in diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and various cancers.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78–5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 20 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.3% and inter-assay CV is 6.3%. Dilutional linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 108–120% at 1:2 to 108–118% at 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) shows 96–106% to 94–106% across the same dilutions; heparin plasma (N=5) ranges from 100–110% to 109–119%. Recovery is 80% in serum (range 80–86%) and 82% in plasma (range 80–88%).
