Human Serine/Arginine Rich Splicing Factor 2 (SRSF2) ELISA Kit

Built around a microplate-based colorimetric architecture, the Assay Genie immunoassay kit quantitatively measures Serine/Arginine Rich Splicing Factor 2 (also called SC-35), an SR-family splicing regulator that governs constitutive and alternative pre-mRNA splicing, in human research specimens. The 96-assay plate configuration supports investigation of spliceosome biology, including the recurrent SRSF2 alterations such as P95H that are implicated in myelodysplastic syndromes, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, and acute myeloid leukemia. Validated to recognize human SRSF2 specifically in tissue homogenates and other prepared biological specimen types, the kit is intended for research use only, with all capture plates, detection reagents, and standards supplied to complete the assay according to the included protocol.
