Human Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1 (SRSF1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of human Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1 (SRSF1), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure SRSF1 levels in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. SRSF1 is a key protein involved in the regulation of gene expression through alternative splicing of mRNA, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurological conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying disease pathogenesis.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL. Precision is supported by an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.1%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with observed recovery of 87–99% in serum and 89–101% in plasma. Specificity is confirmed against natural and recombinant human SRSF1.
