Human Serglycin/SRGN ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Serglycin (SRGN) in human samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich configuration and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported linearity spans 86–103% (serum), 83–94% (EDTA plasma), and 83–94% (heparin plasma) across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, with average recoveries of 95% (serum), 95% (EDTA plasma), and 97% (heparin plasma). The protocol uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagent components should be stored at 2–8°C, protected from direct light, for 12 months.

Serglycin is a proteoglycan associated with cell adhesion, migration, and inflammation, and has been investigated as a biomarker in cancer, inflammation, and immune disorders. The UniProt reference is P10124.
