Human Serglycin (SRGN) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Serglycin (SRGN) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is calibrated against natural and recombinant human Serglycin with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL.

Reported performance includes intra-assay CV of 4.3% and inter-assay CV of 8.8%, with average recoveries of 99% for serum (range 93–105%) and 101% for plasma (range 95–107%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is documented for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Serglycin (Uniprot P10124) is a hematopoietic cell proteoglycan with roles in mast cell granule formation, cell adhesion, migration and signalling. Its dysregulation has been linked to inflammatory diseases, cancer and immune disorders, with a primary research area in cancer.
