Human SERCA3/Sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 3 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of SERCA3 (Sarcoplasmic/Endoplasmic Reticulum Calcium ATPase 3) in human samples. The assay uses a Double Antibody sandwich format and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. SERCA3 is a calcium-transport protein involved in sarcoplasmic and endoplasmic reticulum function and is studied as a biomarker relevant to heart failure, muscle disorders, and neurological conditions.

Reported assay sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 86-103%, 84-100% and 83-94% in serum, 85-96%, 80-95% and 85-101% in EDTA plasma, and 82-96%, 83-97% and 85-100% in heparin plasma. Recovery averages are 96% in serum, 92% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma. The workflow comprises primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
