Human Septin-6 (SEPT6) ELISA Kit

SEPT6 is a filament-forming cytoskeletal GTPase that contributes to the normal organization of the actin cytoskeleton and to cytokinesis, and the protein has been implicated in cell division, cytoskeletal organization and membrane dynamics. Dysregulation of SEPT6 has been associated with cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and infectious diseases, supporting its value as a biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development.

The kit has a stated detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39ng/mL, with results read colorimetrically. It is intended for research use only.
