Human Septin 3 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human SEPTIN-3 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The plate is read at 450 nm after TMB development, using a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin (SABC) conjugate in a double-antibody sandwich format.

Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. According to the supplier, linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 80–104% for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with mean recovery values of 93%, 91% and 97% respectively. Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
