Human SEPT5 ELISA Kit

Linearity for serum (n=5) ranges 90-100% at 1:2, 82-99% at 1:4, and 84-95% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 84-98%, 90-98%, 92-99%; heparin plasma (n=5) shows 86-99%, 85-101%, 86-99%. Recovery averages 94% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in heparin plasma.

The procedure covers reagent and plate preparation, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, addition of a biotin-labeled detection antibody with incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
