Human Semenogelin II (SEMG2) ELISA Kit

Seminal plasma is the principal matrix for quantifying Semenogelin II, a coagulation glycoprotein secreted by the seminal vesicles and hydrolyzed by prostate-specific antigen (PSA) after ejaculation. This Assay Genie kit supports research into male reproductive biology, infertility diagnostics, prostate cancer biomarker development, and forensic identification of semen traces. The microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody against SEMG2, and bound analyte is revealed after addition of TMB substrate followed by stop solution. The protocol uses a 50 µL sample volume per well and the kit ships as a complete pack containing one pre-coated plate for running samples and standards in duplicate.
