Human Semaphorin 4G PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1067)

Semaphorin 4G (SEMA4G) is a membrane-anchored class IV semaphorin studied for its roles in immune cell crosstalk, angiogenic signaling, and tumor microenvironment biology. This quantitative ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure endogenous human SEMA4G protein in cell culture supernatants, plasma and serum samples, and conditioned media using a microplate-based protocol with colorimetric readout. The kit contains pre-coated assay plates, matched capture and detection antibody reagents, dilution buffers, chromogenic substrate, and stop solution.

The protocol is built around a matched antibody pair format: standards or samples are incubated on the coated plate, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, and chromogenic substrate. Absorbance is recorded after the stop solution is added, and a standard curve generated from the recombinant human SEMA4G calibrator is used to interpolate unknown concentrations.
