Human Semaphorin-3G (SEMA3G) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of human Semaphorin-3G (SEMA3G) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with natural and recombinant human SEMA3G and is supplied for research use only.

SEMA3G is a secreted protein (UniProt Q9NS98) with chemorepulsive activity for sympathetic axons, acting as a high-affinity ligand of NRP2. It is implicated in neuronal development, immune response regulation, and disease contexts including cancer, autoimmune disorders and neurological conditions, making it a biomarker of interest in immunology research.

Performance: detection range 0.312-20ng/mL, sensitivity 0.12ng/mL, intra-assay CV 6.8% and inter-assay CV 11.2%. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as 99-108%, 84-97%, 97-105% and 107-117% for serum (N=5); 111-121%, 97-107%, 108-118% and 109-119% for EDTA plasma (N=5); and 108-118%, 106-118%, 108-118% and 101-110% for heparin plasma (N=5). Spike-and-recovery averaged 111% in serum (range 105-117%) and 113% in plasma (range 107-119%).
