SEMA3F is a secreted signaling protein implicated in axon guidance, vascular patterning, and tumor cell migration, with altered expression reported in lung carcinoma, melanoma, and other solid tumors. The kit is calibrated for use with whole-blood derivatives and tissue homogenates from human donors, and incorporates a microtiter plate pre-coated with capture antibody.
