Human Secretory phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R1) ELISA Kit

Manufacturer-reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.6% and inter-assay CV is 10.2%. Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with reported values spanning 81-123% across the matrices tested. Recovery averaged 95% in serum (range 89-101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91-103%).
