Human Secretogranin-2 (SCG2) ELISA Kit

The kit is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Secretogranin-2.

The reported detection range is 0.625-40 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.328 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.8% and inter-assay CV is 8.9%. Secretogranin-2 is a neuroendocrine secretory granule protein belonging to the chromogranin/secretogranin family, acting as a precursor for biologically active peptides. Abnormal levels of this protein have been linked to neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic diseases, and cancer, supporting its use as a biomarker in oncology and related research areas.
