Human Secretin receptor (SCTR) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for quantitative measurement of the human Secretin receptor (SCTR). Detection is colorimetric and reactivity is limited to human samples, with validated use on serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human SCTR.

SCTR is a multi-pass cell-membrane G-protein coupled receptor that mediates the actions of secretin through G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase (UniProt P47872, NCBI Gene ID 6344). The reported molecular weight is 50 kDa and the human gene locus is 2q14.1. The kit has a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.146 ng/mL.
