Human SDF-1 alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1062)

Assay Genie's PharmaGenie ELISA range supports quantitative measurement of cytokines and chemokines in translational research workflows. SDF-1 alpha (also known as CXCL12) is a key homeostatic chemokine studied in stem cell homing, hematopoietic progenitor mobilization, immune cell trafficking, tumor metastasis, and CXCR4-dependent HIV entry research. Investigators commonly apply this kit to conditioned media from stromal co-cultures, plasma from inflammatory or oncologic cohorts, and ex vivo chemotaxis assays. The kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant human SDF-1 alpha standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Standard curves are generated in duplicate and unknowns are interpolated from a four-parameter logistic regression. Lot-specific coefficients of variation for intra-assay and inter-assay precision are supplied in the certificate of analysis. Reconstituted standards should be frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw degradation, and all reagents equilibrated to room temperature before each run.
