Human SDCBP/Syntenin-1 ELISA Kit

The double-antibody format uses colorimetric readout and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The manufacturer specifies a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls within 81–101%, and recovery ranges from 91–105% with averages of 93% (serum), 98% (EDTA plasma), and 92% (heparin plasma). The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
