The Human SCNN1G ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets the gamma subunit of the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC), a membrane protein essential for sodium reabsorption in kidney, lung, and airway epithelia. SCNN1G is widely studied in connection with Liddle syndrome, pseudohypoaldosteronism, and cystic fibrosis-related ion transport research. The microplate-based assay uses a 100 ul sample volume per well and is intended for research use only, enabling quantitative measurement of SCNN1G.
