Scinderin (SCIN) is a calcium-dependent actin filament-capping protein of the gelsolin superfamily, implicated in cytoskeletal remodeling, regulated exocytosis, and platelet activation. This Assay Genie ELISA kit supports quantitative measurement of human SCIN, enabling research into secretory vesicle trafficking, neutrophil degranulation, and immune cell signaling pathways.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and assay buffer in individual vials.
