Human SCGB2A2/Mammaglobin-A ELISA Kit

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method in a double-antibody sandwich format, supporting research into SCGB2A2 as a potential biomarker that is overexpressed in breast cancer and other cancers.

Reported linearity for serum is 91-105% at 1:2, 88-99% at 1:4, and 91-100% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma, 94-105% at 1:2, 85-101% at 1:4, and 91-98% at 1:8; and for heparin plasma, 91-102% at 1:2, 90-100% at 1:4, and 81-97% at 1:8. Recovery is 88-93% for serum (average 90%), 85-99% for EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 85-94% for heparin plasma (average 91%). The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
