Human SCF R/CD117/c-kit PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1060)

A sandwich-based ELISA kit designed to quantify Human SCF R/CD117/c-kit in serum samples, manufactured by Assay Genie. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with human samples.

The kit provides a quantitative measurement range of 45 pg/ml - 10,000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 45 pg/ml, and a 50-fold sample dilution is recommended. The target is encoded by the KIT/SCFR gene (Gene ID 3815; UniProt P10721), also known as Mast/stem cell growth factor receptor Kit, Proto-oncogene c-Kit, Tyrosine-protein kinase Kit, and CD117.

The entire kit may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment, or at 4°C for up to 6 months. For extended storage, it is recommended to store at -80°C. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Additional equipment and materials are required to carry out the assay.
