Human SCF ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise quantitative measurement of human Stem Cell Factor (SCF), this Assay Genie ELISA kit uses a sandwich ELISA format with double-antibody detection. It is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Detection is colorimetric: TMB substrate is developed, a stop solution is added, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL (1 ng = 564 mIU). Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 80–100% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, and recovery averages range from 96% to 99% across the same matrices. The assay workflow involves primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37 °C for 60 minutes, HRP–streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a final absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit supports research applications in stem cell biology, cancer research, and regenerative medicine.

Storage is at 2–8 °C for 12 months, with selected components also storable at –20 °C for longer periods.
