Human SBNO1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06658)

The Human SBNO1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Strawberry Notch 1 (SBNO1), a nuclear transcriptional co-regulator with established roles in macrophage-driven inflammation and Toll-like receptor signalling in human cells.

SBNO1 contributes to IL-6 and IL-8 cytokine induction and has emerged as a candidate biomarker in systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) and other fibrotic conditions.

Components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, all supplied in single-use vials. The protocol uses 100 µL of sample per well. Store kit components refrigerated at 4°C upon arrival, and allow refrigerated reagents to equilibrate to room temperature before initiating the protocol. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples should be kept on ice and used within the working session to preserve binding activity.
