Sarcoglycan Delta (SGCd) is a transmembrane component of the sarcoglycan subcomplex within the dystrophin-associated glycoprotein complex of skeletal and smooth muscle. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement relevant to muscular dystrophy research, including limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2F (LGMD2F) and dilated cardiomyopathy studies. Reagents are supplied lyophilized and should be reconstituted prior to use. Store the kit refrigerated at 4 degrees C, with standards and concentrated conjugate held at -20 degrees C for longer-term stability.
