Quantitative measurement of Sin3A-associated protein 18 (SAP18) in human biological samples is supported by this colorimetric immunoassay kit from Assay Genie. SAP18 is an 18 kDa subunit shared between the SIN3A-HDAC transcriptional repression complex and the activated spliceosome, making it a target of interest in studies of chromatin regulation, alternative splicing, and gene expression programs in cancer, neurodegeneration, and viral host-pathogen interactions.

The kit is configured for 96 Assays on a standard microplate and is validated for use with serum or plasma specimens.
