Human SALL2 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of SALL2 (Spalt-Like Transcription Factor 2) in human samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Stated sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL with a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. The plate is read at 450 nm after TMB color development and a stop reaction. Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) spans 87-103% at 1:2, 81-100% at 1:4, and 90-98% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n = 5) gives 82-98%, 82-92%, and 85-105% at the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n = 5) gives 85-100%, 87-101%, and 82-99%. Recovery averages 96% for serum (range 88-102%), 93% for EDTA plasma (range 85-100%), and 90% for heparin plasma (range 87-104%). Unopened kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

SALL2 is a zinc-finger transcription factor implicated in cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis, with dysregulation reported in cancer, developmental disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.
