Human Sal-like protein 2 (SALL2) ELISA Kit

Sal-like protein 2 is a probable transcription factor that plays a role in eye development before, during, and after optic fissure closure. The protein contains multiple zinc finger domains and functions in optical fissure closure during eye development in the embryo, with mutations in the gene associated with ocular coloboma. The protein has a reported molecular weight of 25.3 kDa and is located in the nucleus.
