Human S1PR5/ EDG8 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. According to the manufacturer, the kit offers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL.

Reported performance characteristics include linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for serum (85–98%, 83–98%, 87–99%), EDTA plasma (85–96%, 82–101%, 83–96%) and heparin plasma (85–100%, 82–100%, 85–99%). Recovery is reported as 88–105% (average 96%) for serum, 90–103% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 91–99% (average 96%) for heparin plasma. The procedure follows a six-step protocol ending with TMB color development and absorbance reading at 450 nm, and the kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
