Human S1PR4/ EDG6 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA, double antibody-based kit for detecting levels of S1PR4 (also known as EDG6) in human samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research applications investigating the protein's roles in cellular signaling, immune responses, and inflammation regulation.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit reports a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a measurable range of 125-8000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma spans approximately 82-103% across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with average recovery values of 98% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma), and 93% (heparin plasma). Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The workflow follows a six-step protocol: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and stop reaction with absorbance reading at 450 nm.
