From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection to quantify human S100P in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. The procedure uses TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm immediately after the stop reaction, and kit components are supplied for storage at 2-8°C, with selected items also stable at -20°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) is: serum 86-103%, 86-105%, 84-92%; EDTA plasma 82-100%, 82-99%, 86-98%; heparin plasma 91-104%, 82-100%, 87-98%.
