Human S100A4 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human S100A4 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. It uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method and is intended for research use only.

The kit demonstrates a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/ml with an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/ml. According to the manufacturer, intra-assay CV is less than 8% and inter-assay CV is less than 10%. Recovery has been validated in serum (85–97%), EDTA plasma (87–105%), and UFH plasma (86–103%). The target analyte S100A4 is referenced under UniProt entry P26447.

S100A4 is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs, and is involved in cellular processes including cell migration, invasion, and metastasis, making the kit relevant to cancer biology, biomarker discovery, and drug development research. Kit components should be stored at 4°C for up to 6 months, with light-sensitive reagents protected from light.
