Human S100A16 ELISA Kit

A specialized assay from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of S100A16 levels in human biological samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The procedure involves reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction read at 450 nm.
